Sole:
- 3 eggs
- 1,5 dl sugar (2,5 dl ~ 1 cup)
- a. 75 g butter
- 1,5 dl cream, milk, juice or their combination
- 3 dl flour
- 1,5 ts baking powder
- 1-3 dl berries (fresh or frozen)
Crispy topping:
- 50 g butter
- 0,5 dl sugar
- 1,5 dl oatmeal
Melt butter and warm liquid to room temperature. Stir eggs and sugar well, add butter and liquid and stir well again. Add flour and stir baking powder to it. Stir everything carefully to smooth.
Pour sole to pie casserole (ab. 24-26 cm) and sprinkle berries to top.
Melt butter for topping and stir everything well together. Sprinkle on top of pie.
Cook in 200°C for about 30 minutes.
